Terms of service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use allwit if you are subject to sanctions, are located in a sanctioned country or region, or if using allwit, its credits or its tokens is unlawful where you are. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

allwit is under active development. Features, models, credit costs and limits shown on the site may be placeholders and may change or be withdrawn. Hub and Agent Studio are not yet available. We may change, suspend or stop any part of allwit.

You sign in by signing a message with your wallet. This is not a transaction and costs nothing. Your wallet address is your account.

We never hold your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover them, reverse transactions or restore access to a wallet. Keeping your wallet secure is your responsibility. Anyone who controls your wallet can use your allwit account.

Credits (WIT credits) are units used to pay for requests on allwit. You receive them through staking, through grants such as the sponsored credits for new addresses, and in future through credit packages.

• Credits are not money, a token or a security. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or tokens, and cannot be transferred to another address.
• Credits are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• Credits expire. Currently, staking credits expire at the next daily reset (00:00 UTC) and other credits 30 days after they are granted. The credits closest to expiry are used first.
• Each request reserves an estimated amount and is then charged for what it used. A request blocked by our content filter may be charged a minimum amount.
• We may correct balances that are wrong because of an error, a fault or a breach of these terms.

Staking $ALL and the daily auction run on smart contracts on Ethereum. When you use them you interact with those contracts directly through your wallet, and these points apply:

• Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. You pay the network fees (gas), which can be high.
• Unstaked $ALL can be withdrawn only after a 7-day cooldown.
• Auction bids, deposits, clearing prices, refunds and limits work as the auction contract and the auction page describe. A sealed bid must be revealed with details saved in your browser when you placed it. If you lose them, for example by clearing site data, you may be unable to reveal the bid. Keep the backup the auction page offers.
• Smart contracts can contain bugs, and blockchains can fail or change. Token prices can move sharply, and regulation can change. You may lose some or all of what you commit.
• Nothing on allwit is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on allwit is an offer of, or invitation to buy, a security. $ALL and the auction are not offered where they would be unlawful.

You must not use allwit to:

• break the law, or create, request or share content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material;
• harass, threaten or harm others, or create content that infringes anyone's rights;
• build or spread malware, carry out fraud or phishing, or attack systems;
• get around our content filter, credit limits, rate limits or other safeguards;
• overload, disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer allwit, except as the law permits;
• break the usage policies of the model providers whose models you use.

Requests and replies pass through an automated content filter, and a request may be refused or stopped part way. We keep a count of blocked requests for each address. We may limit, suspend or refuse an address that breaks these terms or puts allwit or others at risk. Where we can, we will say why, and you can contact us to ask for a review.

You keep your rights in what you send. You allow us and the providers we use to process it only to provide allwit. As between you and us, the output is yours, subject to the model provider's terms.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive, and similar output may be given to others. Check it before relying on it, and do not use it as a substitute for professional advice.

Models are provided by third parties, and wallets, WalletConnect and blockchain networks are run by others. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

allwit, its name, logo, site and software belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are available under their own licences. These terms give you no other rights in allwit.

allwit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that allwit will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses from blockchain transactions, smart contracts, wallets, token prices or third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

If you break these terms or the law, and a claim is brought against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

You can stop using allwit at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering allwit. Unused credits lapse when access ends. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers and limits of liability, continue after these terms end.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes give notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using allwit after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of allwit is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
