The auction runs before the token launches and is open to anyone with a wallet and USDC. There are no private rounds ahead of it, so the price is set by public demand.
The price rules
- 01One price a dayEach day has a single price, and every $ALL sold that day sells at it. That is the day's clearing price. Day 1 opens at the $0.05 floor.
- 02Price stepIf 50% or more of the day's $ALL sells, the next day's price is 1% higher. If less than 50% sells, the next day's price stays the same.
- 03Carry-over$ALL left unsold at the end of a day is added to the next day's offer, at the next day's price.
- 04Close$ALL still unsold after day 90 is either burned or sent to the Allwit Compute Treasury. Which of the two is still to be decided.
- 05Trading opensThe final clearing price sets the opening price of the $ALL Uniswap pool, created with the protocol-owned liquidity allocation.
Next day's price = today's price × 1.01 if ≥ 50% sold, else unchanged
What the rules imply
Because the price can rise by at most 1% a day, the day-90 price is at most about $0.121. The price can never fall during the auction, only hold or step up.
Half of the raise goes to the Compute Treasury and half funds development and operations.
How to take part
- 01Commit a sealed bidDuring the day's bidding window, bid in USDC with the most you will pay per $ALL. Your bid stays sealed, and a USDC deposit covers it.
- 02Reveal itIn the reveal window, reveal your bid. Its details are saved in your browser when you bid, so keep the backup the auction page offers.
- 03SettleWhen the day clears, bids at or above the clearing price receive $ALL at the clearing price, and any unused deposit is refunded.
